Today I'm going to tell you guys a little bit about the Murph challenge. This workout is honor of Lt. Michael P. Murphy who was killed in Afghanistan in 2005, Murph was only twenty nine years old. This workout regimen was Murphy's favorite way to get back into shape before being deployed. It is now used by CrossFit gyms across the country on Memorial Day, in his memory.
