Ingredients
- Butter: three quarters cup (soft)
- Sugar: a cup
- Eggs: 1 tablet
- Flour: cup
- Dates molasses: a quarter cup
- Baking soda: 2 tbsp
- Cinnamon: 1/2 teaspoon (grated)
- cloves: three quarters of a small spoon (crushed)
- Ginger: Three quarters of a small spoon (ground)
- Oats: 2 cups
How to prepare
Heat the oven over 350 degrees.
Beat the butter and sugar with the electric cut until the mixture is crisp and creamy.
Add the egg, dip the dates and mix until the ingredients are well mixed.
Drain flour and mix with baking soda, salt, ginger, cinnamon and cloves.
Add the mixture to the mixture of butter, sugar, molasses, eggs and mix.
Add the oats and stir the ingredients until they mix.
Form medium balls of batter and place in a tray lined with butter paper.
Enter the tray for 8 minutes until golden.
Take the Chinese out of the oven and leave for 10 minutes, then warm or cold as desired
