This is a simple "green" smoothie recipe that is very healthy and tastes great (seriously, I'm not just saying that)
You need:
Blender
1 Banana
Few pieces of Pineapple
Baby Kale (you can use spinach if you want)
Almond Milk (or any milk that you prefer)
Chia seeds (completely optional, does not affect the taste)

Pineapple and banana:
Chia seeds:
Combine:
Ready:
Blend!
