As a Muslim we are ordered to to pray our customary prayer. It was named as Sala'at in Arabic & Namaz in French.
Maintaining Sala'at properly isn't only satisfy ALLAH but also has some health beneficial side.
In Sala'at a Muslim has to move his physical organs which have been beautifully conglomerated with spritual exercise that results to many surprising health and medicinal benefits. Sala'at is offered by ALLAH as a best prescription for better health and fitness.
Before Sala'at a Muslim has to take Wudu, it is called as Wuzzo also and Ablution in English.
It has a huge benefits also.
When one get Wudu he has to wash his both hands, face and feet which leads to prevent germs attack to body and promote good health.
Wudu helps to relax the nervous system and make free from tenshion, strees and anxiety.
Gargling is one of the major step of Wudu which helps to prevent mouth germs. It also ensures to reduction in bad breath.
Nose cleaning during Wudu removes dust from nose. Blowing clean water to the nose also helps to prevent severel infections. Nasal cleaning also does the same thing.
Face cleaning is helpful to refresh mind and good for skin also. Washing your skin five times a day can bring a great softness in anyone's skin.
Ears cleaning during Wudu impact a effective change in removing dust and germs from ears as ear most easily get dirty with dust.
Washing the feet during Wudhu helps to clean dirts, fungus. Rubbing the toes with finger also good in case of Diabetis and removing back pain and joint pain.
Sala'at has many benefit such as spiritual, religious, mental, social, economical, social etc.
Sala'at is highly beneficial because it activs all the organs of our body.
Sala'at can mostly compared with Yoga because Yoga is structured over body mechanism and Sala'at also.
Sala'at is also an alternative of meditation because meditation means to concentrate over one object only and Sala'at is ordered to perform the same way. During Sala'at a Muslim shouldn't concentrate over any other object.
Sala'at brings happiness and harmony also.
Sala'at is an effective way to weight loss.
Sala'at increases the flexibility of the body.
Sala'at is good for brain and entire body.
Sala'at ensure proper blood flow. It is also good for leg muscles.
The forward position of Ruk'u is mostly reduce back pain and many other pains.
SourceSajdah is one of the most common Yoga pose. So it needn't to tell how much beneficial it is!
- The ending Salam is one of the most neck and upper execise which good for neck joints and help to relax the shoulder which is also good for headache and migrain problem.
Despite Sala'at has some extra exclusive advantage too.
It helps a person to stay far from any Haram work. It makes anyone's mind dedicated to ALLAH. It refresh the mind and body. It also reflects on social contact if anyone goes to mosque for five time a day.
So, everybody we should take care of maintaining our prayer properly, as it is ordered by ALLAH.
