And now for the brutal truth;
Cons:
- It damages your knees over time.
- You will lose the wanted weight but most of it will be liquids and not body fat at all.
- In-fact - fast walking (power walking) is much better than running and it will actually burn fat unlike running since its anabolic action.
and last one and most important:
- In order to lose weight you have to eat in calorie deficit. so runnning around and burning 300 calories for examle is exactly the same as eat 300 calories less than you should. after getting rid of running you can spend the freed time to actually train with weight (or bodyweight).
