Here is a great smoothie for when you are working out its a spinach pear smoothie,very very easy to make all you need is a cup of spinach,and cup of water 1pear and cup of ice all you do is put the water and spinach in the blender for like 15 secs then add the rest,and blend for like 10secs more then serve,this stuff is great after a workout.try it you will love it.
