Hey everyone, welcome to Part 4 of Naturally Outsmarting Seasonal Allergies. Be sure to check out my 3 previous posts to learn more about the other ways to naturally beat those allergies. So far we have Local Honey, Probiotics, and Turmeric. Today I will be discussing a 4th method. So lets get to it...
The fourth natural way to beat seasonal allergies is to eat Pineapple. Pineapple is an excellent source of Bromelain. Bromelain is an enzyme that has anti-inflammatory effects and can help reduce nasal swelling. This will make breathing much easier. Studies have shown that bromelain inhibits the development of allergic airway diseases and asthma.
In order to really get the benefits of the Bromelain from the pineapple, try eating pineapple on an empty stomach. This will give the bromelain its best chance to help fight those allergies. You can simply eat pineapple in its fruit form, add it to salsas, desserts, or even juice it.
We are cruising along here. I hope you are learning new ways to naturally beat those seasonal allergies. To reiterate, we have Local honey (raw and unfiltered), Probiotics, Turmeric, and now Pineapple to add to the list. Feel free to experiment and see what works best for you. Thanks for stopping by and I will see you again soon. Here is an article that I used for reference...https://www.care2.com/greenliving/10-safe-and-natural-ways-to-beat-allergies.html
