What liquids did you consume while on the fast? My daily routine since I was about 15 has been to eat only once a day since mostly a person has dinner with others so may as well eat and get it over with.
I do drink at least 1.5lt of coffee a day (6 cups min) with enough 20g sugar each cup so I derive my energy from that, and milk to trick me into thinking I am full which makes it very simple for me to skip 2 to 3 days worth of eating without missing a step.
Problem: I hit extremely low energy levels at points , and replacing coffee and sugar in particular with a sort of quick powder coolade style drink seems to avoid the energy dips - well caffeine and affect on the brain.
The coldrink (no gas nonsense) does however make me notice much more that my stomach is empty ( You know that weird feeling after the burn?) But regardless I still have enough energy to do a sprint if I need to.
Limit for me then is 3 days , above that I do need to eat else working until 2 am becomes impossible.
Thank you for your post nice to see others tend towards a lifestyle what these people around me find strange.
Although I don't exactly follow a lifestyle, I just think food is a waste of time in general.
