Join a support group of others following the same method. This is extremely important. These cures are not rapid. Family and friends will probably not understand. Some may be very upset with your "irresponsible choice". Without the support group, it is very easy to give up before your body has had enough time to correct the problem. It took two months before Aunt Jane's tumor collapsed and disappeared. She also attended dinner lectures once a week, to learn more and meet others following the same path.
In the early days of this method, people often got some pretty remarkable results from simply restricting their diet to only brown rice and maybe a little bit of soup for 10 days. But with later generations, who had been vaccinated, taken antibiotics from a young age, and then went wild with pot, hash, amphetamines and LSD, this method did not seem to work as well. Sometimes with horrible results.
These more beleaguered bodies did not respond the same as the bodies of earlier generations. It took a while before it was figured out that younger people had to follow a slower path to achieve good results. Each person, and each generation is different. Some can get good results quickly, others have to move much more gradually. A good counselor understands this and will make recommendations with this in mind. Sometimes a person has to continue taking medications while they slowly build up their underlying strength with wholesome foods. Each person has to learn how their own body responds. A person has to be practical, to follow the path that works for them, rather than believing in some rigid idea printed in a book, or nowadays, on the internet.
