The experience of my 30-day supply for fresh-squeezed juices.
Eating only raw fruits and vegetables from the month of may 2017. I Decided to experiment a 30 days juice diet.
My observations:
❤The ease and energy of the sea!
❤Greatly improved color and skin.
❤Body supple and toned!
❤Reduced weight by 3 kg!
❤Slim and slender silhouette!
❤The transit time of food in the gut decreased significantly!
❤Improving the assimilation of food!
Increased taste buds! For example, a slice of Apple while chewing gives a real taste extravaganza!😍
I could not stop my juice experiment, as it was easy! But I wanted greens, vegetable salads, avocado! Mmmmm tasty!
My food preferences have changed! Eating fruits and vegetables - I sometimes wanted fried potatoes, vegetables, now I love raw and fresh salads! Now I eat a very small amount of food! Fresh juice means to me a full meal!
My diet for today is as follows:
Morning: fresh juice
Day: a Fresh salad or smoothie
Evening: Salad or raw soup or fresh juice or smoothie
On this diet my weight down further.
If I plan such an experiment? I think Yes, #Juice is a drug 😍! Once having experienced all the delights of such power will not be able to stop! Juices is a powerful tool for cleansing, healing and restoring the body!
