Hej.
Result Based Training.
In this posts I am going to show you guys exactly what 28 days of eating good and doing workouts will do for you. I am following RBT. Result based training. This means I am on a strict scheduale of food. water. and very intense training sessions. In groups 3 times a week.
I will start out this series with a condition of a goldfish and a beer belly. My body is totally unsportive and without any experiance. If I can do this. You guys can do this aswell.
The food.
Every day you have to eat healthy and the coaches WILL CHECK if you are following your plan. The first 4 days contain:
- 8 first of veggies.
- 8 palms of protein.
- 2 thumbs of fat.
For males. For females its half the protein.
Your schedule looks like this.
And your daily food intake for the first 4 days look like this. No carbs. No potatoes or rice or any other !
You can not even have fruit the first days.
The workout
The workout is pretty intense. I just had my first one and its about 6 exercises in a row for 1 minute long. with 10 seconds between each of them. then there is 1 minute rest and you have to repeat this. This goes 4 times. On the way back home I feel like I was about to faint.
Introducing: Me
These photos are for demostration purposes only. If you know me personally and you are reading this. Please do keep this for yourself and do not share without my permission. Thank you!
Lets start with my body scan.. it basicly says im avarage in any stat.
As you can see the top 3 black rows. Its total weight. Muscle weight and fat weight. It needs to become a D schape. More muscle weight. less total. less fat.
I don't know what these are but these are pretty avarage.
This is me. As you can read above I am in no shape. But my condition is even worse then that. I know smokers that outrun me.
Expecations
My expectations will be that I will lose most of my belly in these 28 days of eating and working out. And atleast get my condition slightly better on point. If I like the way I feel I might continue working out there.
However the money costs are great aswell. This training is 50$ for a week. The food exeeds that.
Count up about 3 hours of cooking a week plus 6 hours of training a week including getting there and showers after.
You will be 10 hours and few hundred dollars lighter in the end. But the reward will be health and maybe some more luck in 'da club'
I will update you guys somewhere next week!
