Yes it is possible. Here we use coriander leaves for weight loss. Coriander leaves are full of Iron, Vitamins and Minerals which helps to reduce fat. Coriander leaves are also good source of fiber just because it is enrich with iron it improves lower blood level.
How should we have coriander leaves for weight loss
- Take 4-5 stocks of coriander leaves.
- Chop them into a small pieces
- Take a glass of water put coriander leaves in it and leave this water for over night
- Stain this water and have it with empty stomach it will reduce your weight fast.

- Don't have it if you are suffering from any kind of kidney disease or any blood transition medicine.
