Health is the physical, social and mental well-being of our body with no disease or malfunction. Our Health should be one of our utmost priority when we are unhealthy we cannot function our Day to Day activities very well.
HEALTHY TIPS
They are some things that helps to improve your health and I want to share some healthy tips with you to share some of these things with you
EAT AT LEAST ONE FRUIT DAILY:Fruits are very good to the body system and supplies the body system with essential nutrients. One should eat fruit always there are many fruits which includes Mangoes, Oranges, Apples, Water Melon, Bananas, Guava, Paw_Paw(papaya) and many to mention.
DRINK WATER REGULARLY
We should drink at least two Litres of water daily for healthy living. Drinking water at different times has its advantages a glass of water when you wake up in the morning helps improving your digestion, before drinking water before taking your bath helps in Lowering your blood pressure and after eating aids in digestion.
AVOID TOO MUCH CARBONATED DRINKS
Drinking little or no carbonated drinks is good for your healthy Living. Don't take Sugary drinks always. Drinks like smoothies and plain Yogurt is always a good drink for your immune system. Too much sugar can lead to weight gain.
EAT HEALTHY
We should eat good food that contains All the Classes of foods. Avoid junks always. Eat Light food in the Morning, Heavy foods at the afternoon. You can eat either at Night but eat early at Night Don't Eat after 8pm at Night. Also Eat Nutritiously.
EXERCISE DAILY
Our body needs activities that will develop our ability and improve our strength and fitness. Walking is a good food of Exercise we should walk at Least 8000steps Daily, Others includes Jogging, swimming,biking, push ups, jumping, skipping and many others.
GOD FACTOR
We as Human Beings should always put God First in All we Do to achieve The Best Results.
It feels good to be always sound with absence of disease therefore we should work on ourselves to improve our health. Like it's said Health is Wealth and we should Treat our Health with Utmost Priority.
