I see all the success stories on youtube. The before and afters. While there are those people that flat out fail. I can't help but think many did succeed because they were documenting their journey.
So here I stand ready to give myself a shot.
This is a personal challenge, because I don't have anyone crazy enough to try it out with me...yet.
the rules: Eat only bananas for the next 10 days. There is no calorie restriction. All I can eat!
Im still going to drink coffee. I switched to sparkling water some time ago, so soda really isn't an issue.
I also will be having them in smoothie form. Banana's, Water, and a little Cinnamon.
It's hot right now, so I got the banana nice cream ready. Frozen Banana's, Water, and again a little Cinnamon.
I am doing this for health reasons. I have some high blood pressure issues that I want to eliminate. I have a lot of weight to lose as well. But I just want to feel better. The food I eat just makes me feel terrible at all times. So I have to break the cycle. It might seem a bit extreme. But I want those extreme results.
After 10 days, I hope to be in a place where I can continue. As long as I feel better than I have these past two weeks I will.
I will update my progress 4-5 times a week. Keeping track of how much I eat on cronometer.
So here's to accountability .
