Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver
Non-alcoholic fatty liver is often called fatty liver or NAFLD (Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease). Alcoholic fatty liver disease is caused by excessive alcohol consumption due to fat in the liver. But non-alcoholic fatty liver is without alcohol.
Whether it is for alcohol or for any other reason, changes in liver in both cases are alike in both the Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease and Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease. However, both of the diseases are considered separately, because there is a difference between their treatment.
It is important to note that during pregnancy, women may get fat in liver. Usually, the problem of liver fat accumulation appears in the last stage of pregnancy. And this pregnancy fatty liver has a genetic error. The two fatty acids above this type of fatty liver are considered as separate diseases from liver disease.
Stages of Non-Alcohol Fatty liver
Non-alkaline fatty liver is a continuous process. It happens in phases. In the first stage, the liver cells usually accumulate fat in the cells. It is called steatosis. Liver fat is not used for a while, it does not cause any harm, and no symptoms are also published. Usually, fat is more than 5% of the weight of the liver and is considered fatty liver. The complexity begins if more fat is accumulated. There are two types of complexity here
• Non-alcoholic Static hepatitis : At this stage, the body's immune system responds to leveraged fat and creates inflammation in the liver cell.
• Syrosis : Liver cells are destroyed due to inflammation at this stage and the liver structure is broken down. Naturally, the broken parts dry up and there are fibers formed by fibrosis.
Why is the non-alcoholic fatty liver, so far it is not known properly. But body weight increase or fat is a major cause of this disease. The risks that can arise in the body of NAFLD are:
• Diabetes
• Blood extra cholesterol
• High blood pressure
Diabetes, high blood pressure and extra blood cholesterol - these three problems are called "metabolic syndrome". So a layer of fat deposits in the liver or metabolic syndrome is the result. This can lead to diabetes complications and cardiovascular disease.
Increased age increases the likelihood of liver fat fat deposits. Because of the age, the risks mentioned above continue to increase. Those who drink bidi-cigarettes in greater quantity, they tend to have excess fat in liver. It is true that the tendency of having fibers among liver fatty acids is higher. But 10-20% of fatty liver patients are not really fat. That is, some lethargic people are seen to have fat in the liver.
What is the relation of fatty liver with obesity and excess weight?
Fat or fat is more than fat but not all fat liver. Again all the fatty liver's patient's weight is not high, or everyone has no obesity. That is why the actual relation of fatty liver is not clear with fat and excess weight. However, there is no doubt about the possibility that the increase in fat in the liver increases if there is increased weight or fat. Although it is believed that there is an effect of genes or genetics behind the non-alkaline fatty liver, but the possibility of depositing some part of the excess fat in the body is likely to increase in liver.
Late babies are now a big cause of chronic liver disease. At least 10-20% of children have this problem and have fatty liver of 50-80% of obese children.
Nowadays, the tendency of obese people has increased, the number of fatty liver identification increased. That's why research and awareness about fatty liver is increasing.
Signs and symptoms of non-alkaline fatty liver
In most cases, no signs or symptoms of non-alcoholic fatty liver are published. Many people do not understand the presence of non-alcoholic fatty liver despite its presence. Usually, it is often detected by examining other diseases or risks. Often, the presence of fatty liver is found in Ultra Sonogram for any bowel problem. However, the signs, symptoms that can occur due to non-alcoholic fatty liver, are:

If the non-alcoholic fatty liver increases the liver size. This can be experienced by experienced doctors in the stomach after a long time.
The way to detect non-alkaline fatty liver
As mentioned earlier, in most cases no symptoms or symptoms of fatty liver is released. It is not possible to test it for any other reason. Blood tests can be made to ignore the problem of liver. Liver Enzymes in the blood increases the doubts of the doctor many times. It can be detected after an extra test. However, in these cases all the doctors want to be sure that such condition is not due to excessive alcoholism. Because the amount of alcohol consumption is higher, the results of the liver test are abnormal.
In most cases, the presence of excess fat in the liver can be detected by ultrasound of the stomach. It can be seen even after abdominal CT scan. It is possible to recognize fatty liver syrups when it becomes complicated. In these cases, the spleen also increases with the patient's liver.
However, the best way to be sure of non-alkaline fatty liver is by examining the liver biopsy. For this reason, the special needle is inserted inside the liver and a small amount of liver tissue is taken out and the test for hestopathy. It is not always possible because it is complex and risky. But the benefit of liver biopsy and histopathology is a sure test. It is possible to find out if there is any other reason for liver fat depositing. It is also confirmed that liver inflammation or stiotoheptitis or cirrhosis have occurred.
Nowadays, some modern fatty liver discoveries have been discovered.
Diet and Medical
The main way to get rid of non-alcoholic fatty liver is to reduce weight. And to reduce the weight, it is important to have the right amount of balanced diet. For this reason:
• Have a balanced amount of balanced diet.
• Have enough fruits and vegetables to eat.
• Sugar and sweet foods should be kept restricted.
• To reduce the amount of salt in the diet.
Non-alcoholic fatty acids are not only released from the lever, but other diseases and risks (diabetes, extra cholesterol, hypertension) are also found to be safe and balanced. This reduces the risk of diabetes and cardiovascular disease.
Many people think non-alcoholic fatty liver is not a serious problem. But it carries a very serious health risk message. But timely aware of diabetes helps to keep us free from complications and heart disease. Non-alcoholic fatty acids are not effective to cure lever. Only by eating balanced diet, by regular exercise and by changing life style, we can be free from this problem and incidental complications.
