Operation: "Stop being a fatty" moves in to week two...
The whole watching what i eat whilst incorporating regular exercise is looking to ne paying off.
My weeks involved a calorie controlled diet, and i won't lie, its suprising how little calories you need to eat to drop weight. In fact im finding it a struggle to eat, or not eat more to the point. So im having to over compensate by running more often than i probably should this early on in my fitness drive.

Im under no illusion that this is a quick fix. I fully understand the time and efforthisnis going to require, but im in a good place with it at the moment and am happy to see tiny changes weekly/monthly till i finally reach my goal weiggt and fitness level.
