HOW'S THE DIET GOING?
I've written this week off, is the short answer.
I've not been very well! #manflu
This week I've managed to run a total of "0 miles" and have consumed enough calories to feed a family for a month.
So not only am I no closer to completing my monthly goal but fear I may have actually gained weight this week 😭😭
Monthly goals:
1 X 8mile run - ✔️
2 X 6mile runs - 1 run completed
Lose 7lb - ❓
So I really need to up my game I'm I'm going to be in with any shot of reaching this months target.
