I personally love all types of teas. I enjoy the different flavors of tea that you can get and I love caffeine free teas that are herbal and taste delicious and natural. Those tea include rooibos tea and chamomile tea. Chamomile tea is made from dried chamomile flowers. It does not have much of a taste but it has that beautiful chamomile scent or flavor to it. Chamomile tea is most commonly drank to feel relaxed but it also has a various amount of other benefits as well.
