- 2 Birnen, in kleinen Stücken
- 1 Banane, reif
- 1/2 Avocado, gewürfelt
- 1 EL Rosinen
- 2 EL Kakao, ungesüßt
- etwas Vanille
- ca. 50ml Wasser (nach Belieben)
- Walnüsse, gehackt (zum Garnieren)
So einfach geht's:

health benefits
nuts
are a very good source healthy unsaturated fats (omega-3 fatty acids), protein and fibre. However, each type of nut will also have its own unique mixture of essential nutrients, such as vitamins (like some of the B group vitamins, vitamins C and/or E), minerals (like calcium, iron, zinc, selenium) antioxidants andplant sterols.
bananas
are the only fruit which contains the amino acid tryptophan and vitamin B6 together! In combination, these two nutrients help to produce serotonin, which is a natural chemical in the brain that helps to alleviate mental stress. In other words, it can help you feel happier! Bananas are also one of the best sources of potassium and an awesome source of energy!
avocado
is a very versatile ingredient, which means it can be used in a variety of recipes! I personally like to use avocado instead of butter on my sandwiches and wraps. It's full of healthy fats, which can reduce levels of bad cholesterol in your blood, and may lower the risk of stroke and heart disease.
