Preparation
These cookies are very easy to prepare, first of all the coconut is removed, removed from the shell and grated.

Preheat the oven to 180C. Prepare the baking sheet with baking paper or grease with a little coconut oil.
When all the ingredients are mixed, knead well until the dough is firm and soft, leave it in the refrigerator for fifteen minutes.
Take a spoonful of the dough. Form a cookie - size to taste - and place it on the tray. Continue until the dough ends.
Bake the cookies for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown below. Turn off the oven. Flip the cookies and return the tray to the oven for a few more minutes to get the desired crunchy texture.
