Ingredients
Boiled potato (mashed) - 1 medium
Boiled green peas- 1/2 cup
Chopped onions- 1/4 cup
Chopped tomatoes- 3 tbsp
Chopped coriander- 3 tbsp
Masala - 1/2 cup

Sweet Chutney
Mixed spice- Salt, red chilli powder, black salt, chat masala
Garnish - thin sev and mtr boondi
Golgapa puris- as much as you wish 😊
Curd - 1 cup
Sugar - 5 tbsp
Steps
- Beat curd and sugar until no lumps.
- In a plate pop the puris and fill it with potatoes, peas and masala 1 spoon.
- Sprinkle some spice mix and add curd to each puri. Add some sweet chutney.
- Add chopped onions and tomato. Add another layer of masala, spice mix and curd.
- Garnish with sev and boondi and coriander
