INGREDIENTS
¾ Cup oats flour
¼ Teaspoon Baking powder
¼ Teaspoon Baking soda
⅛ Teaspoon Salt
1½ Banana mashed
1 Tablespoon Coconut oil
2 Tablespoons Liquid sweetener (Maple Syrup, Agave)
½ Cup milkAlmond milk

DIRECTIONS
STEP 1 Preheat oven to 350°F or 180°C
STEP 2 Mash banana in a bowl. Add oil, sweetener, milk and combine well.
STEP 3 Take another bowl sieve flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Mix well.
STEP 4 Add dry ingredients to wet and mix well.
STEP 5 Grease your muffin tin with oil and add muffin batter.
STEP 6 Bake for 15-18 minutes.
