I love food, but I also love and enjoy eating healthy. Okay so my favorite meal of the day is definitely breakfast. I love waking up in the morning to stretch out, brush my teeth, wash my face and go straight to the kitchen to make my breakfast. Right now I have at least 8h without food, so that’s probably why I LOVE breakfast. One of my favorite is Avicado toast with Poached Egg. Is pretty simple, quick to prep and healthy!
You’ll need:
1/2 Avocado
1 Whole Bread toast
1 Egg
PREP:
AVOCADO TOAST
1- Toast 1 piece of Whole bread (don’t use butter)
2- Smash 1/2 avocado (not completely) , add some salt and put it on the bread.
POACHED EGG
1- Put some water to boil but don’t let it boil completely
2- Put the egg in a little bowl
3- When you see little bubbles coming up, with a spoon stir the water and with the water spinning, quickly add the egg, let it cook for 4min
4- Take it out carefully and add some salt and pepper, put it over the avocado.
I love to add fresh m natural orange juice to drink as a complement.
