A little bit about my Right Nutrition. I really like to eat delicious, but the food should not only be tasty, but also useful. Today my lunch consists of a young potato with dill, chicken, zucchini with a tomato and a lettuce leaf. All this was baked in the oven with various spices from herbs.
And for dessert I pampered myself with ice cream and strawberries.
