ORIGIN
Long Island iced tea is a kind of mixed alcoholic drink. And first, time in 1972 was prepared for a cocktail contest by bartender Robert Butt. Also among the rumors that this cocktail was discovered in Speakeasy, which emerged during Alcohol ban in the USA in the 1920s. According to the descriptions, everybody brought different types of alcohol and mixed them in a big jar. It is said to be an iced tea invented to get rid of police raids.
INGREDIENTS
1.5 cl Gin
1.5 cl Tequila
1.5 cl Vodka
1.5 cl White Rum
1.5 cl Triple sec
3.0 cl Gomme syrup(Sugar syrup)
2.5 cl Lemon juice, fresh
1 dash of Cola
PREPARATION
Fill the Shaker with Ice and Pour Gin, Vodka, Tequila, White Rum, Triple sec, Sugar syrup and Lemon juice. ( Sweet & Sour Mix can be used for Sugar syrup and Lemon juice). Then Cover and Shake the Shaker. Fill the glass with full of ice, Pour cocktail to glass and top with a splash of cola. Garnish with lemon or lime slices and fresh mint.
