To grow your muscles, the first thing that should come first is your nutrition and this entails you eating enough protein with the likes of meat, eggs..etc If you don't feed well, then your body would not have enough resources to give you a well desired output. Then, you begin with exercises of your arms, legs,back and little you progress to light weight lifting till you get better. You should also note that before you exercise, it is advisable to take a stiff drink as it helps to induce more protein synthesis. After working out, Carbohydrate is the best nutrient you need at that point as it replenishes every lost strength and feels the gaps therefore buffing up the muscles.
