It is only a week i had this "crazy" idea of creating the sandwich community... just because i can't get enough of this simple delight. And now look at this... 🙀
If that's not a sign. Ha! I couldn't have asked for a better start, and it's all thanks to my dear Silver Bloggers family. Especially 
I even started my own sandwich contest, but it only ran for a short time, as it's quite a lot of work and organization to do that.... Now, after the scamVid really shook the world and changed the way we live together, I finally found some more time to blog again. Although, look who's talking.... hahahaha!
So, for this indescribably interesting first week of sandwiches, I want to thank you all so much.... and what better way to do that than with a No-Waste-Of-Taste flatbread out of my silly kitchen production?!
This Flatbread i made with a mix of Wheat and Buckwheat Flour, a pinch of salt and some fresh water... left it rest for a while and then baked it in a hot pan.
For the filling i had some leftovers of a "Tom Yum"-noodle soup from the day before on which i drained the liquid. Some egg whites leftover from an apple cake, fried in some butter and some grated cheese added. Voilà voilà !

Now, here comes my NRWE (No Rule without Exception). Since there is also the "pizza", which to me should actually counts as an open-sandwich, will be accepted here as long as it is home made from A to Z. I personally fold these baked dough patties in half and voilà , a sandwich is created. You have to admit, Pizza offers one of the best hot sandwiches ever - the Classic "Calzone"... Yummy Yummy!
