This post all started with a yummy blog by my dear friend Lizzie. There it was again, the home made bread she is presenting often enough in her delicious foodie posts. Her "Curry on a Fluffy Bun" made me go to the kitchen to make myself a sandwich. As usual! Ha...
I wanted to get that recipe for some time now. No sooner said than done i went to the comments and asked for it. Interested yourself? Then go and see here.
In my "first" i tried the yogurt-version. Which i really like. And that's what happend in the oven:
The smell wanted me to simply cut it in half and make one "Monster of the Monsters" Sandwich.
But there is always a BUT: since we are a family and everyone wants to have some bread to, "Lizzie's Monster" will be for another time.
Next time my love goes on holidays with the kids, maybe... š
Sandwich for everyone it was then... and in this episode of "No Waste Of Taste" i used the following ingredients:
- "Lizzie's" Bread homeMade
- Garlicky Vegannaise homeMade
- BeetRoot-Salad with Onions homeMade
- Grilled Pepperoni in Olive Oil homeMade
- Pan fried Tofu Stripes
- Fried Eggs with grated Cheese
- Coriander and parsley
All served with some Chicory salad and veggie pickles. Now, have a look...
