So, I am trying to eat healthier and cook meals myself. The most important thing now is to increase my protein intake. Obviously, I am not eating 100% healthy, but I am trying, and to be fair, it feels much better and I spend way less money compared to eating out.
Today's post is going to be devoted only to breakfasts - why? I make the most diverse breakfasts and I like to experiment with them or try to make something out of things that I have in my fridge. Let's say that I'm the most creative in the mornings. So, if you need some food inspiration - there you go!
Breakfasts
This is the premium breakfast that I get when I'm at my boyfriend's ;))) We actually made it together, and it was so good that we were eating it for a few days in a row. We added some protein powder, eggs, bananas, and oats and on the top there is greek yoghurt with some toppings.
Below there is a more realistic version of what I eat daily. A tortilla with eggs inside, and some other things like ham or vegetables. Really tasty!
