Les cuento que hace poco mi esposo y yo hicimos un emprendimiento, se trata de unas deliciosas marquesas de chocolate en vasos de helado.

Pensé que sería más práctico presentarlas en vasos que hacer la torta y luego picarla en varios pedazos, pues, como es una torta fría hay que tener muy cuidado al manipularla.

Entonces las preparé directamente en cada vaso, una por una. Observen como las hice paso a paso.

I'll tell you that recently my husband and I did a venture, it's about some delicious chocolate marquise in glasses of ice cream.

I thought it would be more practical to present them in glasses than to make the cake and then chop it into several pieces, because, as it is a cold cake, you have to be very careful when handling it.

So I prepared them directly in each glass, one by one. Watch how I did them step by step.

Ingradientes:

• Galletas María.
• Galletas de chocolate
• Pudin de chocolate 1/2 Lt

# Ingredients:

• Maria cookies.
• Chocolate cookies
• Chocolate pudding 1/2 Lt

Se trituran todas las galletas, para que sea más fácil introducirla en los vasos y además más rápido.

Utilicé más galletas María que galletas de chocolate, en realidad este es un ingrediente adicional que quise agregarle, pues con galletas María es suficiente, pero podemos ser más creativos con nuestros postres y agregarles nuestro toque personal.

All the cookies are crushed, to make it easier to introduce it into the glasses and also faster.

I used more Maria cookies than chocolate cookies, actually this is an additional ingredient that I wanted to add, because Maria cookies are enough, but we can be more creative with our desserts and add our personal touch.

Bien, empecé colocando pudin con una cucharilla pequeña y luego las galletas, de manera tosca, sin un orden especifico. Después más pudin y galletas de chocolate en el medio y casi al final.

Well, I started by laying out the pudding with a small teaspoon and then the cookies, roughly, in no particular order. Then more pudding and chocolate chip cookies in the middle and near the end.

Al llegar al tope finalizamos con pudin de chocolate, yo quise colocarle lluvia de chocolates y pequeños granitos de galletas trituradas para decorar.

When we reached the top we finished with chocolate pudding, I wanted to put a rain of chocolates and small grains of crushed cookies to decorate.
