chocolate marquise
Hello friends, it's nice to greet you again and be present in the community. For today I want to bring the preparation of a delicious chocolate Marquesas, but with a little different ingredients. I wanted to prepare them this way to see how they turned out, I usually made them with pudding of a specific flavor, this time I made them with chocolate, oreo and arequipe. I prepare this delicious dessert with the help of my wife since we have our small dessert and homemade cookies business. So in this post I will show you how I prepare it.
- 1 liter of Chantilly cream
- 1 condensed milk (365ml)
- Package of Maria cookies
- 2 package of oreo cookies
- 150 grams of arequipe
- Topping of your choice
- 1 litro de crema Chantilly
- 1 leche condensada (365ml)
- Paquete de galletas María
- 2 paquete de galletas oreo
- 150 gramos de arequipe
- Toping de su preferencia
To make these Marquesas, start by pouring the Chantilly in a bowl and put it in the refrigerator for an hour, after that time beat at medium speed until it begins to form peaks and it has doubled in size.
Once we have the desired result, we add the condensed milk, mix very well and divide the mixture into three equal parts. I divide the mixture into three equal parts, which I add the aforementioned flavor, in the case of chocolate we add the cocoa powder and we mix until everything is integrated, if you like we can put a little more sugar if we have a very strong chocolate flavor, I added 30 gr of invert sugar to increase the sweetness a little bit.
