Hoy, aunque ya lo he hecho en varias oportunidades, les quiero hablar de una de mis Panadería Restaurante favoritas de toda Caracas, Moka. Hace casi una semana me invitaron a desayunar allí, teniendo en cuenta que tenía bastante tiempo sin ir, y me terminé de convencer en que definitivamente es uno de los mejores lugares que tiene la ciudad por la comida, que es de OTRO NIVEL y la calidad de servicio que ofrece. Absolutamente todo alli vale la pena.

Almost a week ago I was invited to have breakfast there, considering that I hadn't been there for a long time, and I was convinced that it is definitely one of the best places in the city because of the food, which is of ANOTHER LEVEL and the quality of service it offers. Absolutely everything there is worth it.
De Moka he llegado a probar sus mega Club House, Pizza Volcán (que está última es un clásico de ellos y es una buena opción para compartir y quedar más que satisfecho); de postre, Brownie con Helado, que también es buenísimo, y el sábado, por primera vez, tuve la oportunidad de comer algo diferente y delicioso para comenzar el día con buen pie. Entre tantas opciones de desayunos (americano, criollo, tovareño, etc.) me fui por una Cachapa Reina Pepiada (relleno de pollo con aguacate) que estaba ESPECTACULAR.
Primero por el tamaño, es gigante gente, un amigo después que le conté y le dije que tiene que ir a probarlas me dijo que era prácticamente del tamaño de mi antebrazo JAJAJA, y es que sí, es bastante grande, con mucho relleno y de sabor, pff, exquisita👌🏼, sacia bastante. Se siente bastante ese sabor del Maíz (principal ingrediente de las Cachapas), que además hace un buen contraste con el relleno que escogí. Es una buena e interesante esa combinación entre dulce, salado y las diferentes texturas de todo el plato (suavidad y cremosidad principalmente). Aparte, cosa que no me esperaba en si porque no estaba especificado en el menú, es que viene con bastante quesito y un poco de crema de leche por encima, que le termina de dar un toque perfecto... en resumidas cuentas, es perfecta, no mendigan absolutamente nada, cosa que a mi en particular me gusta y tomo mucho en cuenta de los Restaurantes o puestos de comida que visito.

First of all because of the size, it is gigantic people, a friend of mine after I told him about it and told him that he had to try it told me that it was practically the size of my forearm HAHAHAHAHA, and yes, it is quite big, with a lot of filling and flavor, pff, exquisita👌🏼, it is quite satiating. You can feel the flavor of the corn (main ingredient of the Cachapas), which also makes a good contrast with the filling I chose. It is a good and interesting combination of sweet, salty and the different textures of the whole dish (softness and creaminess mainly). Besides, something that I did not expect because it was not specified in the menu, is that it comes with a lot of cheese and a little cream on top, which gives it a perfect touch... in short, it is perfect, they do not beg absolutely nothing, something that I particularly like and I take into account in the restaurants or food stalls I visit.
Aparte de ofrecer buena comida, Moka tiene unas instalaciones bastante cómodas y bonitas, cuenta con mucha iluminación natural, la decoración es bastante sencilla pero agradable, con mucho arte, e incluso, agregaron a sus mesas el logo de Moka en especie de vidrio y marco de madera, se ve muy elegante junto con la bonita forma en que presentan sus platos. Me gusta de verdad que cada vez mejoren el servicio y la experiencia, considero que ese debe ser el fin de todo establecimiento...
En cuanto a los precios, en mi opinión, no es un lugar ni tan económico, ni sumamente costoso. Considero que todo vale lo que cuesta. En este caso la Cachapa que yo pedí tuvo un costo de 14$, y un Café Macchiato (que si esperaba fuese un poquito más grande, pero de igual forma estaba bastante bueno) costó 2,5$... quizás para algunas personas (incluyéndome) no es un sitio para comer tan frecuentemente, pero siempre es una de mis mejores y primeras opciones cuando quiero darme el gusto de comer muy rico, en un sitio donde te atiendan bien y sea bonito😊, jeje.
Apart from offering good food, Moka has quite comfortable and nice facilities, it has a lot of natural lighting, the decoration is quite simple but nice, with a lot of art, and even, they added to their tables the Moka logo in a kind of glass and wooden frame, it looks very elegant along with the nice way they present their dishes. I really like that every time they improve the service and the experience, I think that should be the goal of every establishment....
As for the prices, in my opinion, it is not a place neither so economical, nor extremely expensive. I consider that everything is worth what it costs. In this case the Cachapa I ordered cost $14, and a Macchiato Coffee (which I expected to be a little bit bigger, but it was still quite good) cost $2.5... maybe for some people (including me) it is not a place to eat so often, but it is always one of my best and first options when I want to treat myself to a delicious meal, in a place where they take good care of you and it is nice😊, hehe.
