Today I made pork goulash with mushrooms for lunch.
(Danas sam za ručak napravio svinjski gulaš sa pečurkama.)
I prepared the following ingredients:
(Od sastojaka sam pripremio:)
- 200 g pork meat
- 200 g homemade sausage
- 100 g corn
- 250 g mushrooms
- 2 small onions
- 100 ml sunflower oil
- Spice mixture for goulash
- 4dl of water
(- 200 g svinjskog mesa - 200 g domaćih kobasica
- 100 g kukuruza
- 250 g šampinjona
- 2 manje glavice crnog luka
- 100 ml ulja od suncokreta
- Mešavina začina za gulaš
- 4 dl vode )
Cooking process:

I cut the pork, sausages and onions into small pieces
( Svinjsko meso, kobasice i luk sam isekao na sitne komade)
Pour 1 dl of sunflower oil, chopped meat, sausages, onions, corn, mushrooms and 2 dl of water into the multicooker.
Simmer for 30 minutes and stir occasionally
(U multikuker sipati 1 dl ulja, sečeno meso, kobasice, luk, kukuruz, pečurke i 2 dl vode. Dinstati 30 min i povremeno mešati)
When all the ingredients have been stewed, pour the mixture of spices and 4 dl of water. Stir the ingredients to combine and simmer for another 30 minutes
(Kada se svi sastojci izdinstaju, prelijte mešavinom začina i 4 dl vode. Promešajte sastojke da se sjedine i krčkajte još 30 minuta.)
After 30 minutes, I prepare lunch
(Posle 30 min ručak je spreman)
As a suggestion for serving, I took pickles and hot peppers in sour cream
(Kao predlog za serviranje ja sam uzeo kisele kornišone i ljutu papriku u pavlaci)
