As soon as the summer temperature drops below 30°C, I think of food. <br />
Until then, I only eat salads and lighter food, but when the temperature is cooler, I can order a "stronger" dish in a restairant. <br />
While returning from summer vacation, I stopped at a recommended restaurant and ordered a local specialty. Oxtails. <br />
Until they brought me the food, I had no idea what the portion would look like. And when they brought it, in a clay pot, the meat was still simmering, I was delighted. <br />
There are no tails, the dish is most similar to goulash, without a single bone, deliciously seasoned and chopped, and the portion is too big for one meal...<br/>[Ox tails
