Los ingredientes que utilice solamente fueron. Sal- Aceite -Ajo - 1-Cebolla blanca-1-Malanga. 2-Huevos.

Pasos. Steps
Comenzaré pelando la malanga. La lavo y la seco, pues como saben es un poco resbalosa cuando se moja y después es muy difícil manipularla, por eso para mí es más fácil secarla.
I'll start by peeling the malanga. I wash it and dry it, because as you know it is a little slippery when it gets wet and then it is very difficult to handle it, so it is easier for me to dry it.
Seguidamente la rayo . Por una de las partes más fina del guayo.
Then the lightning. For one of the thinnest parts of the guayo.
Paso a picar en pedacitos pequeños la cebolla , en este caso voy a utilizar una cebolla 🧅blanca que es más suave,rápidamente escacho el ajo 🧄 lo más que pueda para que quede bien fino , pues es desagradable encontrarse pedazos de ajo en estas frituras y bien escachado agarra mejor sabor.
I'm going to chop the onion into small pieces, in this case I'm going to use a white onion 🧅 that is softer, I quickly pour the garlic 🧄 as much as I can to make it very thin, because it's unpleasant to find pieces of garlic in these fried foods and well dug it has a better flavor.
Cuando ya tengo listos estos tres ingredientes , paso a unirlos todos , le echo la sal al gusto y le agrego los dos huevos 🥚,y lo mezclo todo bien.

Y así queda, ya lista la tapo y la pongo en la nevera por media hora aproximada mándame te para que agarre sabor la mescla.

Ya pasada la media hora , paso a freír las frituras ,con el aceite bien caliente 🔥 pero a fuego medio. Para que se frían bien y no se quemen.
