âHello,friends! Today I'm sharing one of my favorite recipes and the most requested at home: Homemade Pizza from Scratch! đâ€ïž

âMaking pizza doesn't have to be complicated. In this video, I show you step by step how to make a spectacular dough that's soft and has that rustic touch we love so much. I also give you my best tips for proofing and baking so that it turns out perfect the first time.

âBasic ingredients:
900g all-purpose wheat flour
â(100g for kneading on the counter if needed)
â10g dry yeast and a large tablespoon of sugar.
â80ml oil (the secret to elasticity).
âA pinch of salt.
â550ml warm water.
âAnd your favorite toppings! For the pizza, I used ham, cheese, and my homemade tomato sauce (you can see the recipe in my previous video ïżœïżœ).

âTo prepare the starter, it is vital that the water is lukewarm, not hot, as excessive heat can inactivate the yeast. Mix the water, yeast, and sugar and let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes until it ferments.
âTo prepare the dough: In a cup or on a clean countertop, form a volcano shape with the flour. Place the salt only around the outer edges so that it does not touch the yeast directly and affect the rising process. Pour the yeast mixture into the center and the oil around it. Gradually mix everything together and knead vigorously for 10 minutes until you have a smooth dough that does not stick to your hands. Form a ball and place it in a bowl with a touch of oil (this prevents a crust from forming). Let it rest for at least 30 minutes or until it doubles in size.

âAfter that time, we degas it, cut the dough into 2 or 4 parts (I cut it into 2 parts), stretch it, and assemble the pizza, giving it the shape you like best and adding our favorite ingredients. Then we bake it for 30 to 35 minutes.

âHacer pizza no tiene por quĂ© ser complicado. En este video les muestro paso a paso cĂłmo lograr una masa espectacular, suave y con ese toque rĂșstico que tanto nos gusta. AdemĂĄs, les doy mis mejores tips para el fermento y el horneado para que les quede perfecta a la primera.

âIngredientes bĂĄsicos:
â900grs Harina de trigo todo uso
â(100grs para amasar en el mesĂłn si hace falta)
â10grs de Levadura seca y una cucharada grande de azĂșcar.
â80ml de Aceite (el secreto de la elasticidad).
âUn toque de Sal
â550ml de agua tibia
âY ÂĄtus toppings preferidos! Para la pizza, yo utilice jamĂłn ,queso y mi salsa de tomate casera .( Podran ver la receta en mi vĂdeo anterior ïżœïżœ).

âPara preparar el Fermento Es vital que el agua estĂ© tibia, no caliente, ya que el calor excesivo puede inactivar la levadura. Mezclamos el agua, la levadura y el azĂșcar y dejamos reposar de 10 a 15 mnts hasta que se fermente .
âPara preparar la Masa: En una taza o un mesĂłn limpio, formamos un volcĂĄn con la harina. Colocamos la sal solo por los bordes exteriores para que no toque la levadura directamente y afecte el leudado. Vertemos el fermento en el centro y el aceite alrededor. Vamos integrando poco a poco y amasamos con energĂa durante 10 minutos hasta obtener una masa lisa que no se pegue a las manos.
Formamos una bola y la colocamos en un bol con un toque de aceite (asĂ evitamos que se cree una costra). Dejamos reposar mĂnimo 30 minutos o hasta que doble su tamaño.

âPasado el tiempo, desgasificamos, cortamos la masa en 2 o 4 partes (yo la corte en 2 partes ) estiramos y armamos la pizza dĂĄndole la forma que mĂĄs les guste y le agregamos nuestros ingredientes favoritos. Y al horno por 30 a 35 mnts.
