Risotto is very varied; you can find it with different ingredients, which makes it very versatile. Here I share with you the one I learned in my Italian cooking class, which is very similar to the one consumed in many parts of Italy.
The necessary ingredients are:
ā”1 cup of Arborio rice.
ā”1 Calabrian linguine.
ā”Onion. ā”White wine.
ā”Butter. ā”Red radicchio.
ā”Salt, pepper, turmeric.
To cook the rice, prepare a vegetable broth beforehand. For this, we will use:
ā”Carrot.
ā”Onion.
ā”Celery.
ā”Laurel leaves.
ā”2 liters of water.
El risotto es muy variado lo encuentras con diferentes ingredientes lo cual lo hace muy versƔtil mas aqui comparto contigo el que me enseƱaron en mi aula de cocina Italiana el cual estƔ muy apegado al consumido en gran partes de Italia.
Los ingredientes necesarios son:
ā”1 taza de arroz arbĆ³reo.
ā”1 LinguiƧa Calabresa.
ā”Cebolla.
ā”Vino Blanco.
ā”Mantequqilla.
ā”Radicchio Rosso.
ā”Sal, Pimienta, CĆŗrcuma.
Para cocinar el arroz previamente se prepara un caldo de verduras, para estƩs vamos a usar:
ā”Zanahoria.
ā”Cebolla.
ā”Celeri.
ā”Hojas de Louro.
ā”2 litros de agua.
ā” Step 1: As a first step, I proceed to prepare the vegetable broth that I would need to cook my rice later, so I proceed to put two liters of water in a pot along with the carrot, the celery, the onion and a little salt and let it cook over low heat.
ā” Paso 1: Como primer paso procedo a preparar el caldo de vegetales que precisarĆa para cocinar mi arroz mas adelante, asi que procedo a colocar en una olla dos litros de agua junto con la zanahoria, el celelri, las cebolla y un poco de sal y dejamos cocinar a fuego lento.
