I made this cake for my son’s 5th birthday because it’s his absolute favorite.
Ingredients for the Choco-Moko cake:
*Dark Vincini cake layers
*3 chocolate milks (250 ml each)
*400 g whipped cream
*800 ml milk
*700 ml sour cream
*300 g ground Plazma biscuits
*50 g ground roasted hazelnuts
Preparation:
Place one ready-made cake layer on a serving tray. Evenly pour chocolate milk over the entire surface. Be careful not to soak the layer too much so it doesn’t fall apart.
Spread the first filling over the soaked layer — made by combining sour cream, ground Plazma biscuits, and hazelnuts.
Then spread a second layer of filling made from whipped cream. Place another cake layer over the whipped cream.
Repeat the process until all the dark cake layers are used. Finally, cover the entire cake with whipped cream and decorate as desired.
My wife and I decided to decorate it with things kids love — chocolate wafer rolls and chocolate balls placed around the edges of the cake, and an edible Paw Patrol image in the center.
