PATACÓN, TASTING FAST FOOD
On Friday, after shopping at the supermarket and arriving home too tired, I decided to propose to my partner to go out to eat, because honestly I was too tired to cook. My main plan was to go for some falafels at the usual "something healthy" place, but the plan took a 180° turn because the neighbors joined us and the 4 of us went out to eat.
Since the usual place was very full because they were celebrating their anniversary, we went to Chiquinquira, a place further away in the same area of Cantarrana, it was just as crowded, but there were tables to sit at.
We thought about ordering hot dogs since they don't sell falafel and then, we saw on the menu the popular "patacon" where 4 people eat, and we took a chance, when we saw that on the table our mouths watered.
The "Patacon" weighed about 2kg and had 2 plantain tops, with french fries, chicken, meat, bacon, ham, egg, cheese, salad and sauces. A delight, we were very full and satisfied, and we still had to ask for the leftovers to be wrapped to take away.
A unique experience for $18 for 4 people, or rather $20 for the drinks.

PATACÓN, DEGUSTANDO COMIDA RÁPIDA
El día viernes, después de realizar mis compras en el supermercado y llegar demasiado cansada a mi casa, decidí proponerle a mi pareja salir a comer, porque sinceramente tenía flojera de cocinar. Mi plan principal era ir por unos falafeles en el lugar de siempre "algo sano", pero el plan dió un giro de 180° ya que se nos sumaron los vecinos y nos fuimos los 4 a comer.
En vista, de que el sitio de siempre estaba muy lleno porque estaban de aniversario, nos fuimos a Chiquinquirá, un sitio más alejado en la misma zona de Cantarrana, estaba igual de lleno, pero habían mesas donde sentarse.
Pensamos en pedir perros calientes ya que ellos no venden falafeles y pues, vimos en el menú el popular "patacon" dónde comen 4 personas, y nos arriesgamos, al ver aquello en la mesa se nos aguó la boca.
El "Patacón", pesaba como 2kg y traía 2 tapas de plátano, con papas fritas, pollo, carne, tocineta, jamón, huevo, queso, ensalada, y salsas. Una delicia, quedamos muy llenos y satisfechos, y todavía tuvimos que pedir que envolvieran para llevar lo que sobró.
Una experiencia única por 18$ entre 4 personas, bueno, mejor dicho 20$ por las bebidas..
