Today i would like to share the recipe of Fried Noodles Rice it is made up of noodles & Rice sauted with Veggies of your choice and Spices & Herbs. It can be served during Lunch or Dinner. It is easiest & Quickest to prepare your meal with minimal Ingredients even you can try this recipe with leftover rice, just simply boiled the noodles, actually I always want to eat junk food but with Indian spices and Flavours, I have try this recipe for the first time, kids gonna like it as it contains Noodles, you can add veggies of your Choice. Ingredients š
⢠1 cup of Rice.
⢠200 grms of Noodles.
⢠1 Chopped Onion.
⢠1/2 Chopped capsicum.
⢠2 Slit Green Chilli.
⢠4-5 chopped cloves of Garlic.
⢠1/2 tbsp of cumin.
⢠Pinch of Asafoetida.
⢠1 Sachet of Maggi Masala.
⢠1/2 tbsp of Red Chilli powder.
⢠1/2 tbsp of Garam Masala.
⢠Green Coriander leaves for Garnish.
⢠salt to taste.
⢠water as required.

Measure out the desired amount of rice, then wash it 3 to 4 times thoroughly until the water runs clear and all impurities are removed.
Now, let it soak for about 10 to 15 minutes. Soaking rice makes it cook faster and makes it softer
Discard that water, add fresh water, and set it to cook.
Add the noodles when your rice is half-cooked and stir occasionally to prevent them from sticking to the bottom.Cook the rice & noodles until soft.
Tip: Don't overcook the rice; try to keep it at 90% cooked because the rice shouldn't be too soft when making fried rice.
Drain the rice and noodles using a strainer and immediately pour cold water over them to remove excess starch and prevent stickiness. Keep it aside.
Heat the oil in the kadai, add cumin, asafoetida and Garlic, cook until its get aromatic.
add the chopped onion & capsicum, cooked untill it get translucent.
Lower the flame, add maggi masala, red Chilli powder and Salt, add few drops of water to avoid burning of Spices.
Now add boiled rice Nd noodles, mix well so that spices get well coated with rice & Noodles. Mix it with soft hand to avoid the breaking of Rice Grains. cook it for another 2-3 minutes so that spices well absorb by noodles & Rice.
Serve the Hot Fried Noodles Rice with Flavoured Curd or sauce of your Choice.
