Today i would like to share the recipe of Honey Chilli Potatoes it is madeup of Fried potatoes wedges are tossed in Sweet, spicy and Savory Sauce. It is crispy and Delicious Indo-chinese Starter. It can also be prepared with leftover french fries or potato wedges. It can also be prepared with readymade market frozen french fries, but in my recipe I have share the full way to prepare your Delicious honey Chilli potatoes. Chilli potato is my favorite starter that I crave often. To keep it healthy and avoid the eating restaurant food, I made it at home instead of eating out. Try this recipe with easy steps and Preparation. You can Honey if you don't like sweetness in your food, then it will called as Chilli Potatoes.

Ingredients š
For frying
⢠5-6 Big sized Potatoes.
⢠2 tbsp corn flour
⢠2 tbsp maida(all-purpose Flour)
⢠oil For Frying.
⢠Salt to Taste.
For Sauce
⢠4 tbsp of oil.
⢠1 inch of chopped Ginger.
⢠5-6 Cloves of Garlic.
⢠1 Chopped Onion.
⢠2 Chopped Green Chilli.
⢠1 Chopped Capsicum.
⢠2 tbsp tomato sauce.
⢠1 tbsp of Schezwan Chilli Sauce.
⢠2 tbsp soy sauce
⢠1 tbsp vinegar.
⢠½ tsp chilli powder.
⢠3 tbsp corn flour slurry.
⢠2 tbsp honey.
⢠Salt to taste.
⢠water as required.
Process šØš»āš³
peel the skin of the potato and chop it into the wedges as shown in picture. Soak in water to remove starch.
In a large bowl, take potato wedges.
Add salt, corn flour and 2 tbsp maida, Mix well making sure all the things are well combined.
Heat the oil in the kadai for frying.
Fry in hot oil, keeping the flame on medium.
Stir occasionally, and fry till the potato is crunchy and golden brown.
Drain off and keep aside.
You can enjoy it as french fries with your favourite Sauce.
You can work in the same pan; remove all the oil, Keep just 4 tbsp in the wok. Heat the oil then Add 1 inch ginger, 4 cloves garlic, 2 chilies, Stir fry until they turn aromatic.
Now add onion, capsicum and stir fry on high flame.
Now keeping the flame low, add schwan chilli Sauce and Salt.
then add tomato sauce, mix it well.
then add soy sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce, Honey and chilli powder. add few drop of water to avoid burning of sauces.
In a bowl, add corn flour into the water to make Slurry.
Further, add 3 tbsp corn flour slurry and mix well making sure it turns glossy.
Add the fried potatoes wedges, Mix up side down, makw sure potatoes wedges get well coated with Sauce. Do not cook more as it turns soggy.
Your Honey Chilli Potatoes are ready to serve, paired it with your favourite Beverage.
You can garnished with some more sesame seeds and spring onion greens(optional).
