Today i would like to share the recipe of Suji's Cheela or Semolina Pancakes it is healthy & Delicious Breakfast made up of Semolina witg lots of chopped veggies. You can even make the batter in advance and make cheela whenever you want, you can serve it with your favourite dip and cup of Tea. It is easy to prepare and delicious in taste, 'm sure you gonna like it for sure. Basically it's breakfast recipe but you can enjoy it anytime of the day as it is easy & Quick to prepare with common Ingredients available at your Home...

Ingredients š
⢠1 cup sooji (semolina).
⢠½ cup curd.
⢠1 cup water
⢠1 chopped Onion.
⢠½ Chopped Capsicum.
⢠2-3 chopped green chilli.
⢠½ tsp Grated ginger.
⢠½ tbsp of Black Pepper powder
⢠salt to taste.
⢠water as required.
⢠Oil for roasting chilla.

Take a Suji in a big bowl.
Add the curd into bowl.
Add the water as required, maintain the consistency, not too running not too thick. mix well without forming any lumps.
Add the salt and black pepper powder. you can add the red chilli powder or oregano depending on your taste.
Cut the chopped veggies, you can more veggies like carrot or french beans as per your preference and availability at home. Mix well so that everything combine well.
now grease the tawa with oil and spread a ladleful of batter thickly in the round round way.
pour ½ to 1 tsp of oil around the edges.
flip over and press gently making sure chilla gets cooked from both sides, then simmer the flame cook it for another minute untill it Golden brown in colour or cooked well.
finally, Serve Suji ka cheela with green chutney or With Tomato Sauce or with your favourite dip.
