Al ser mi primer post acá, les quise traer una receta muy fácil de hacer, deliciosa y con muy pocos ingredientes, que de seguro podemos adquirir en la tienda más cercana, a penas vi la receta, supe que la tenía que compartir con todos ustedes, porque sin duda alguna, es una receta que nos podría sacar de apuros, como cuando queremos deleitarnos con algo delicioso y a su vez, que sea muy fácil y práctico de preparar, ahora sí, sin más preámbulos, ¡vamos con los ingredientes y la preparación de nuestros tequeños!

Being my first post here, I wanted to bring you a very easy recipe to make, delicious and with very few ingredients, which we can surely buy at the nearest store, as soon as I saw the recipe, I knew I had to share it with all of you. , because without a doubt, it is a recipe that could get us out of trouble, like when we want to enjoy something delicious and, in turn, that is very easy and practical to prepare, now, without further ado, let's go with the ingredients and the preparation of our tequeños!

Ingredientes / Ingredients ✨

• Tortillas de harina de trigo / (wheat flour tortillas) ✨
• Queso / (Cheese) ✨
• Aceite / (Oil) ✨

Si tienen freidora de aire, también es una excelente opción para hacer nuestros Tequeños.

Preparación / Preparation

Lo primero que haremos, será cortar el queso de nuestra preferencia en pequeños bastones, luego cortaremos la tortilla en tiras de aproximadamente centímetro y medio de ancho, yo les recomiendo hacerlo con las tortillas grandes, porque yo tenía a la mano las medianas y me tocó colocarle 2 tiras por Tequeño.

The first thing we will do is cut the cheese of our choice into small sticks, then we will cut the tortilla into strips approximately one and a half centimeters wide, I recommend doing it with the large tortillas, because I had the medium ones on hand and I had to place 2 strips per Tequeño.

Luego de tener el queso y la tortilla cortados, procedemos a armar nuestros tequeños, primero agarramos el queso y vamos cubriéndolo de esta manera con las tiras que hicimos con la tortilla, como pueden observar, yo necesite colocar 2 tiras a cada queso, porque no eran lo suficientemente grande y así es como nos queda.

After having cut the cheese and tortilla, we proceed to assemble our tequeños, first we grab the cheese and cover it in this way with the strips that we made with the tortilla, as you can see, I needed to place 2 strips on each cheese, because I don't they were big enough and that's how it fits us.

Seguido de esto, vamos a poner nuestro sartén a calentar con suficiente aceite, cuando ya esté completamente caliente, agregamos los tequeños y dejamos dorar, les recomiendo no despegarse ni un segundo de la estufa, porque su cocción es bastante rápida y podrían quemarse luego.

After this, we are going to heat our frying pan with enough oil, when it is completely hot, we add the tequeños and let them brown. I recommend not leaving the stove for even a second, because it cooks quite quickly and they could burn later.

Yo lo acompañe con una salsa que ya tenía previamente preparada, así que, ya sería algo opcional y preferencial de cada persona.

En puntuación se lleva su merecido 10/10 quedé impresionada porque pensé que el sabor sería diferente y no, quedan completamente deliciosos, y como pueden ver, a pesar de que su cocción es bastante rápida y que el queso que utilicé era bastante duro, alcanzó a derretirse y sin duda quedó increíble.

In terms of score, it gets its deserved 10/10. I was impressed because I thought the flavor would be different and no, they are completely delicious, and as you can see, despite the fact that they cook quite quickly and the cheese I used was quite hard, it reached to melt and without a doubt it was incredible.
