Hello how are my dear friends of Hive I hope you are very well and happy to be doing what you like most; I want to talk to you today about a venture that my brother in law Juan Ernesto has, it is a fast food sale located in his house. Since the month of February of this year 2022 my brother in law together with us, set up a sale of food preparing hamburgers, hot dogs, arabic bread, jumbo, also incorporates the sale of soft drinks, juices, malts and drinking water.
The dream of an enterprise simultaneously with his work in an educational institution was thanks to God and to several people who made this movement possible, among them I am. It all started one day thinking about what to do and generate more income for the family and we came up with the idea of setting up a food stand, having as a reference and in our favor several businesses around ours, since there is a lot of movement of people passing through, especially at night and so it was achieved for the glory of God we started to work, while he prepares the food my sister and I serve customers and help him to have ready the products he uses for his preparations.

El día de ayer hizo estas hamburguesas para comer en familia, les coloca de todo, pan, carne, tocineta, lechuga, tomate, repollo, zanahoria, cebolla, jamón, queso amarillo y unas papitas muy crujientes; mi hermana hace unas guasacacas deliciosas; que si las pruebas quedas enganchado. Aquí les muestro parte de la elaboración. Hoy les hablo de estas que preparo para comer en casa, la próxima les muestro el día a día del trabajo mejor dicho cómo es un día de trabajo en el negocio, o también como se elaboran las carnes para las hamburguesas o como hace mi hermana las salsas. Otra cosa que si les digo es que todos los ingredientes son frescos y de excelente calidad.

Another thing I can tell you is that all the ingredients are fresh and of excellent quality.
Algo muy importante aquí es la disposición y las ganas de trabajar en familia por el bienestar del grupo completo, se trata de tomar iniciativas y poner en práctica las ganas de querer superarse con mucho o poco que tengamos y no quedarse sentados esperando que otros resuelvan por nosotros mismos. Es un consejo que les doy queridos amigos. Cada uno de nosotros tiene algún don, algún arte en las manos y a veces no los ponemos en acción y solo nos quedamos con las quejas y viendo el lado negativo de la realidad, si bien es cierto que mi cuñado no es millonario con este negocio, nos ha servido a todos para completar con los gastos del día a día y ha crecido el negocio, antes era una sola mesa y solo 4 sillas, hoy ya son tres mesas y 12 sillas. Gracias a Dios la evolución ha sido positiva.

Something very important here is the willingness and desire to work as a family for the welfare of the whole group, it is about taking initiatives and putting into practice the desire to want to improve ourselves with much or little that we have and not sit around waiting for others to solve for ourselves. This is a piece of advice I give you dear friends. Each one of us has some gift, some art in our hands and sometimes we do not put them into action and we only complain and see the negative side of reality, although it is true that my brother in law is not a millionaire with this business, it has helped us all to complete with the day to day expenses and the business has grown, before it was only one table and only 4 chairs, today there are three tables and 12 chairs. Thank God the evolution has been positive.
