The pace of life that we lead nowadays often overwhelms us and overloads us with obligations, making the work week, a hectic time to be able to think about fun and relaxation. However, thank God, there are weekends, when we give free rein to our hours of rest and think, of course, to get out of the conventional and routine.
Among those items is food. Generally, during the work week, we live cooking and attending to obligations of all kinds. The weekend deserves another dynamic, and that is precisely what my son Gabriel and I do, especially on Saturdays when we rarely force ourselves to cook at home but rather enjoy something different.
Among those meals are hamburgers (we have a very special supplier, which I will tell you about another day) and pizzas. Honestly, I had not found a place that made pizzas that completely satisfied me in terms of taste, style, and even service. In general, the pizzas have the classic round shape that we have always known.
However, this weekend, Gabriel and I had some Pizzas and Cuadradas. Yes, squares, made like this in the style of a rectangular tray and cut, of course, not in the classic triangular slices, but in small squares. The place we got, is one located in the city of Puerto La Cruz (near the area where I live) and is called Carpaccios Pizzas.
They have Italian specialties in terms of pizzas, with very delicious flavors (besides the traditional ones). They come in Grande (with 9 slices) and extra Grande (16 slices). You can order the pizza with different flavors in the same unit.
We ordered a four-season pizza with Prosciutto Funghi (delicious with ham and mushrooms), Primavera, Full Margarita, and Full pepperoni flavors. Four flavors in the same pizza. I thought this concept was great because you have the opportunity to try several options in the same opportunity.
At first, we wanted to order them in delivery mode, as we don't like to go out on weekends after the hustle and bustle of the work week, but then we decided to go to the restaurant because delivery seemed expensive (4 $) and we went there directly.
The place is very nice and the service is great too. Very friendly staff and a very nice place, with good light, in a shopping center in the area with several food businesses also varied.
It is always nice to give ourselves a treat and a break from the obligations of the rest of the week. The weekend was made partly to rest and organize our ideas and, nothing better than to get out of the routine, with a different meal and not prepared by us.
We enjoyed them to the fullest, they were delicious, and most importantly, we shared in family love, something that nourishes our lives with joy. Thank you for making it this far. See you in the next post.
El ritmo de vida que llevamos en la actualidad, muchas veces nos agobia y nos recarga de obligaciones, siendo la semana laboral, un tiempo ajetreado para poder llegar a pensar en diversiones y relajamiento. Sin embargo, gracias a Dios, existen los fines de semana, donde damos rienda suelta a nuestras horas de descanso y pensamos, por supuesto, en salir de lo convencional y rutinario.
Entre esos puntos se encuentra la comida. Por lo general, en la semana laboral, vivimos cocinando y atendiendo obligaciones de todo tipo. El fin de semana merece, otra dinámica y es la que precisamente hacemos mi hijo Gabriel y yo, especialmente, los días sábado en que, casi nunca, nos obligamos a cocinar en casa, sino que disfrutamos de algo diferente.
Entre esas comidas están las hamburguesas (tenemos un proveedor muy especial, del cual les hablaré otro día) y las pizzas. Sinceramente, no había encontrado un sitio donde hicieran pizzas que me llegaran a satisfacer por completo en cuanto a su sabor, estilo y hasta servicio. Por lo general, las pizzas tienen la clásica forma redonda que ya conocemos desde siempre.
Sin embargo, este fin de semana, Gabriel y yo comimos unas Pizzas Cuadradas. Sí, cuadradas, hechas así en estilo de una bandeja rectangular y que se corta, por supuesto, no en los slices triangulares clásicos, sino en cuadrados pequeños. El local que conseguimos, es uno ubicado en la ciudad de Puerto La Cruz (cerca de la zona donde vivo) y se llama Carpaccios Pizzas.
Tienen especialidades italianas en cuanto a pizzas, con unos sabores (además de los tradicionales), muy deliciosos. Vienen en tamaño Grande (con 9 slices) y extra Grande (16 slices). Puedes pedir la pizza con sabores variados en la misma unidad.
Nosotros pedimos una cuatro estaciones que eran con sabores Prosciutto Funghi (deliciosa por demás, con jamón y champiñones), Primavera, Full Margarita y Full pepperoni. Cuatro sabores en una misma pizza. Me pareció genial este concepto, pues así tienes oportunidad de probar varias opciones en una misma oportunidad.
En principio, queríamos pedirlas en modo delivery, pues poco nos gusta salir en fin de semana después del ajetreo de la semana laboral, pero, luego, nos decidimos a ir al local pues, el delivery nos pareció costoso (4 $) y nos trasladamos hacia allá directamente.
El local es muy agradable y la atención estupenda también. Personal muy amable y un local muy bonito, con buena luz, en un centro comercial de la zona con varios negocios de comida también variados.
Siempre es agradable darnos un gusto y una pausa en cuanto a las obligaciones contraídas en el resto de la semana. El fin de semana se hizo en parte para descansar y organizar las ideas y, nada mejor que salir de la rutina, con una comida diferente y no preparada por nosotros.
Las disfrutamos al máximo, estaban deliciosas y lo más importante, compartimos en amor familiar, algo que nutre nuestras vidas de alegría. Gracias por llegar hasta aquí. Nos vemos en la próxima publicación.
