Para el Bizcocho:
🥧 200 mililitros de Leche líquida.
🥧 250 mililitros de Aceite.
🥧 250 gramos de Azúcar.
🥧 2 cucharadas de Esencia de Vainilla.
🥧 4 Cucharadas de Cacao en Polvo.
🥧 2 Huevos.
🥧 400 gr de Harina de Trigo Leudante.
Ingredients:
For the Sponge Cake:
🥧 200 milliliters of liquid Milk.
🥧 250 milliliters of oil.
🥧 250 grams of sugar.
🥧 2 tablespoons of vanilla essence.
🥧 4 tablespoons of Cocoa Powder.
🥧 2 Eggs.
🥧 400 grams of Leavening Wheat Flour.

🥧 150 ml de licor en este caso usé vino champanizado 🍾

En esta oportunidad realizaremos la torta en dos preparaciones pues dividiremos las cantidades y así realizaremos cada disco de bizcocho de nuestra torta.
Preparation:
In this opportunity we will make the cake in two preparations because we will divide the quantities and thus we will make each disc of sponge cake of our cake.
1._ Step: Place the oil, sugar and egg in a bowl and beat with a mixer or paddle until the sugar dissolves.
Step 2: Add the Cocoa Powder and Half of the Flour (100 grams for this first cake disk) and beat until well blended.
Step 3: Add the Milk, the rest of the flour (100 grams), beat and finally 1 tablespoon of Vanilla Essence, beat until well blended.
4._ Step: With a little oil we grease the inside of the mold and with wheat flour we flour it, then we add the mixture inside the mold. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 25 minutes or until a toothpick or knife comes out clean.
We will repeat from step 1 to step 4, with half of the ingredients previously mentioned in the ingredients list, this to make the second disc of sponge cake that we will need to assemble our filled cake.
1._ Paso del Armado: Colocamos el disco de bizcocho en la base, yo use un cuadrado de anime. Procedemos a humedecer con la mitad de la cantidad de licor.

1._ Assembling step: Place the disc of sponge cake on the base, I used an anime square. Proceed to moisten with half the amount of liqueur.
2._ Assembling Step: On the first disc of sponge cake place Pudding and using a spoon to take it to the edge, sprinkle chopped unsalted peanuts on top of the Pudding.
3._ Assembly Step: Place the second disk on top of the Pudding and Peanuts from the previous step, with the remaining wine we moisten the whole cake, place again the Pudding and Peanuts or if you prefer place cookies as decoration or any other ingredient that is your favorite and so we will have our cake ready.
