The menu that I will share today is not much different from yesterday's menu, which is still in the scope of vegetables. What I will present is a fruit that we call the Jipang pumpkin. Just like yesterday, how to make menus is fairly easy and saves a lot of time.and it also doesn't need a lot of recipes, we only need a little tomato 🍅, a little red chili, shallots, garlic and cayenne pepper with that we can serve.
And for how to make it, first of all, we pour a little oil into the pan, then when the oil is hot, we add the various ingredients that we have prepared earlier, namely shallots, garlic, red chilies, cayenne pepper and others that we have prepared from was simultaneously.
After about one minute, we leave the ingredients in the oil, then we put the Jipang pumpkin into it, after a while, there are about five minutes, then we add a little water and don't forget to add a little salt to taste and artificial flavoring if you want, but like usually also here we don't use artificial causes as stated yesterday we don't like artificial flavoring. Then let it boil until the water really boils and then it is removed and stir-fried Japanese pumpkin vegetables are ready to be served
