SUNDAY HOMEMADE PIZZA
Don't you just love the taste of homemade pizza? Does your child enjoy pizza? What do you think, try making it yourself? Making your own pizza is not difficult.
Indeed, the toppings can be chosen to match their respective flavours.
My mother's recipe is unquestionably the best.
Try it.
(Totally sorry that I didn't manage to take a photo of the dough ingredients.)
INGREDIENTS: ( DOUGH )
Wheat flour
Plain water
Egg
Slightly salt
Milk flour
Castor sugar
Yeast

Button mushrooms
Pineapple (cubed)
Original pasta sauce
Minced chicken (fried/boiled)
(Minced Chicken Cooked on A Non Stick Pan)
HOMEMADE METHOD:
Combined the yeast, water, and sugar evenly (by hand).
Set aside 2 to 10 minutes.
Then mix with the other dough ingredients. (Used a bread mixer)
Knead the dough until it becomes elastic (about 30 minutes).
1/2 kg of flour gets 4 slices of pizza, so divided it into 4 parts.
Take one dough and place it in a pan (level as in the picture).
Poke the pizza dough with a fork (so that the air easily comes out and the dough does not bubble when baked)
Fill the toppings with your preferred ingredients, as for me and my mother, we love mushrooms and pineapple in it.
Bake at 160’c within 16 minutes (Depending on the respective oven)
It's been a busy week for me for the last 2 weeks. And I do hope to write more here and be active as I used too.
I'll end today's blog with the recipe for your reading pleasure.Have a wonderful weekend and I will see you all again soon.
