Pero bueno para mi decidí hacerme una burrito o enrollado de remolacha y avena y todo quedó TAN DELICIOSO que no podia dejar de compartirlo asi que aca les dejo el paso a paso de como prepararlo, y obvio digo que yo lo rellené con carne que sofreí con cebolla y pimenton rojo, pero realmente el relleno es a eleccion

But anyway, I decided to make myself a beet and oat burrito or wrap, and it turned out SO DELICIOUS that I couldn't help but share it, so here's a step-by-step guide on how to make it. Obviously, I filled it with meat that I sautéed with onion and red pepper, but you can really fill it with whatever you like.
INGREDIENTES:
✔️ 1 Remolacha
✔️ 4 cucharadas de Avena
✔️ 1 huevo
✔️ 1 zanahoria

✔️ Cebolla

Okey vamos a comenzar sazonando la carne y para esto usé aja machacado, sal y mostaza y aparte piqué 2 cebollas y medio pimenton en julianas

Para la carne coloqué un sarten con un poquito de aceite y agregue la cebolla y pimenton a que se doraran, cuando ya lo estaban coloque los bistec y les fui dando vuelta hasta que al cabo de unos 30 minutos estaban listos y asi lucian🤤 y ni hablar del olor

Pero mientras se hacia la carne yo busque para hacer la tortilla de mi burrito y aca use 4 cucharadas de avena, rallé media remolacha porque la otra media era para la ensalada con la zanahoria, y adicional un huevo, y todo esto lo llevé a la licuadora con un poquito de agua

El siguiente paso es agregarla mezcla a la plancha y esparcirla muy bien para que quede lo mas delgada posible

Luego de unos 5 minutos le damos la vuelta y dejamos cocinar por el otro lado y listo, a mi me me rompió un poco al voltearla porque creo que me apresuré pero al final pude arreglarla jeje

El siguiente paso con nuestra carne y tortilla lista es rellenarla y disfrutarla, y para el relleno coloqué mi Bistec picado en trocitos, un poco de mostaza y la ensalada de remolacha y zanahoria rallada, enrollamos y asi quedó🤤
