Ingredientes
- 800gr de Bistec de res
- 300ml de aceite
- 1 cebolla mediana
- 1 pimentón pequeño
- 4 dientes de ajo
- 300gr de pan rallado
- 2 huevos

Hello friends of HIVE food I hope you are having an excellent week, and your palates are being delighted with exquisite flavors, my week has been a little run over but that's another matter, today I want to tell you that last weekend my mother in law was visiting, she and I have a cordial relationship so to speak, we differ in many things and even in the kitchen, although I must admit that I am very jealous with my kitchen I do not like anyone to move things out of place, if I am the one who is cooking I like to move freely, without anyone getting in my way, but anyway what I wanted to tell you, is that the day in question there were several of us to eat and I only had three steaks I was not expecting a visit, and she suggested me to do it breaded because it is very soft and yields a lot, I half skeptical I accepted, the result was great, and I want to share with you this great recipe.
Ingredients
- 800gr of beef steak
- 300ml of oil
- 1 medium onion
- 1 small bell pepper
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 300gr of bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- Worcestershire sauce to taste
- Soy sauce to taste
- Salt, pepper, oregano to taste
Preparation
1 The first thing we will do is clean the steak, remove all the fat, the hardness and the white parts, so that when we eat it we don't stumble over those hardnesses.
2 Then we are going to pound it, to soften it a little, I think this process is called espalmar.
3 We are going to season it, I like it with onion, paprika, garlic. Add the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper, at this point you can cut the steak into smaller portions. Let it rest for about 20 minutes.
4 While the meat is marinating, beat the eggs with salt, pepper and a little bit of ground oregano, and prepare the bread crumbs.
5 We pass each steak through egg and then through breadcrumbs. Fry over medium heat.
6 Once they are browned on both sides, take them out of the pan and they are ready to eat.
We serve them with mashed potatoes, fresh vegetable salad, sweet potato sticks made in an air fryer and drink coke.
Well I must tell you that I was pleasantly surprised with the result, the meat was very tender, it was enough for all the guests, the portions were acceptable, it is an easy recipe to prepare, I had never eaten steak like this, I will now include it in my menus because besides all the charm, you must be careful with the salt, because you add it to the meat, the breadcrumbs and the egg. I hope you can prepare it at home.
